Janiece's Bio

A brief story of Me

Janiece C. Ervin, RDH, BSDH, is a seasoned clinical dental hygienist with 20 years of experience. As a speaker and published author in RDH Magazine and Inside Dental Hygiene Magazine, she is dedicated to preventing workplace disengagement and promoting joy in professional environments. A Certified Workplace Wellness Specialist, Janiece designs impactful wellness programs that foster positive workspaces.

 

A dedicated entrepreneur, she founded DEN Smiles, a travel dental hygiene company, the DEN Study Club, a national educational platform, and The DEN List, a comprehensive dental community resource. Janiece actively contributes to the dental community through her writing and volunteer work with the Colorado Dental Hygiene Association, where she has held multiple board positions.
