A brief story of Me
Janiece C. Ervin, RDH, BSDH, is a dental hygienist, practice owner, educator, and entrepreneur with more than 20 years of clinical experience. A speaker and published author whose work has appeared in RDH Magazine and Inside Dental Hygiene, Janiece is passionate about using education to strengthen patient care, support dental professionals, and create opportunities for professional and business growth. She is also a Certified Workplace Wellness Specialist with additional certifications in DISC, Driving Forces, and Emotional Intelligence.
Janiece is the founder and owner of DEN Smiles | Oral Health & Wellness, a holistic and integrative dental hygiene practice in Centennial, Colorado. She is also the founder of DEN Credits, which supports continuing education compliance and delivery; Dental Bun Study Club, a learning community for dental hygienists; and The DEN List, a digital directory connecting dental professionals with businesses, resources, events, and opportunities.
Her commitment to dentistry extends beyond her businesses. Janiece has served the Colorado Dental Hygienists’ Association in multiple leadership positions, including two terms as vice president, and continues to contribute to the profession through education, writing, collaboration, and community involvement.
